Privacy Policy

Last updated July 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dump on the Trenches (“we,” the “Service”) processes when you use it, and your choices. Using the Service means you agree to this Policy. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. The short version

  • We are non-custodial. We never collect, receive, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or passphrases — not for your main wallet, and not for the AI Agent wallet (its key is encrypted and stays in your browser).
  • We process the minimum needed to run the Service: your public wallet address, on-chain transaction data, and referral/earnings attribution.
  • Blockchain activity is public by nature and outside our control.

2. Information we process

  • Wallet & on-chain data: your public wallet address(es), transaction signatures, token balances, and trade/volume data used to run the app and attribute fees, referrals, and Earnings.
  • Referral data: the referral code you enter, the referral link that brought you, and the wallet-signed binding of a referrer to your wallet.
  • Waitlist / contact data: if you provide an email or contact handle, we use it to communicate about access, earnings, or support.
  • Usage & device data: standard logs (IP address, approximate location, browser/device type, pages and actions, timestamps) and analytics used for security, abuse prevention, and improving the Service.
  • Local browser storage: we keep certain data in your browser only — settings, your referral code, cost-basis/PnL bookkeeping, and the encrypted AI-agent wallet key. This does not leave your device except as needed to broadcast transactions you initiate.

3. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet/agent passphrases. We do not ask you to send them to us, and no feature transmits them to our servers. Anyone who asks you to share these is attempting to steal from you.

4. How we use information

  • To operate the Service — display markets, route swaps, show your bags and PnL, and run features you enable.
  • To administer referrals and Earnings, snapshot trading volume, and calculate bonuses and fee shares.
  • To secure the Service and prevent fraud, Sybil/bot activity, and abuse of the referral program.
  • To communicate with you about access, support, and program updates.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

5. Blockchain data is public

Transactions you make settle on public blockchains. Your wallet address and its activity are permanently visible to anyone and can be analyzed by third parties. We cannot alter or delete on-chain data.

6. Third parties & sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate, such as: blockchain RPC providers, liquidity aggregators (e.g. Jupiter, DFlow), wallet providers, hosting/infrastructure (e.g. our app host and database), and analytics/AI vendors. These parties process data on our behalf or under their own policies. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.

7. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for essential functionality (keeping you signed in to features, remembering settings and your referral code, and storing the encrypted agent key locally) and for analytics. You can clear local storage or block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, administer Earnings, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. On-chain data and data held only in your browser are outside our retention control — the latter is cleared when you clear your browser.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Because the Service is non-custodial, your own security practices — protecting your keys, passphrases, and devices — are the most important safeguard for your funds.

10. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object or complain to a regulator. Because we identify users primarily by public wallet address and much data is on-chain or local to your device, some requests may be limited. Contact us to make a request.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process their information.

12. International use

The Service may be operated from, and data processed in, jurisdictions other than yours. By using it, you consent to processing in those jurisdictions.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be indicated on this page, and continued use means you accept the update.
